This one bedroom + loft condo had potential. It just needed a little TLC. It is approximately 920 square feet. It's soaring ceilings and generous light made it feel larger, but it needed to be opened up more. The challenge in this design was the narrow cavern-like kitchen and tight and dark entry. There were no less than three types of wood flooring and dated tile. The mission was to update and upgrade this condo with a special focus on opening up the kitchen and entry areas.
