This late 1960's 2 bed 3 bath condo is situated on the ocean bluff of Solana Beach, CA. The condo was purchased to become a vacation rental. Lot's of work was needed to be done on this tired quasi-updated unit. In the end, we transformed the condo into a light and bright, coastal getaway that has caught many a vacation seeker's eye.
